What is YavePay?
YavePay is the subscription management portal for software products owned and operated by Yave. Plans, subscriptions, renewals, cancellation, and billing history are all in one place.
What products can I subscribe to?
YavePay is available only for software products operated by Yave. We do not sell products from third-party businesses.
Do I need to sign up separately?
No. You can start right away with the Yave account you already use — no new sign-up needed.
Who processes my purchase?
It depends on the currency you are charged in. Purchases in Korean won are processed through our local payment partners; eligible purchases in US dollars are made through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those transactions.
Does YavePay process payments for other businesses?
No. YavePay is not a payment processor or a payment platform for third-party businesses. It is used only to manage subscriptions to Yave's own products.
How can I manage my subscription?
You can review your plan, renewal information, and cancellation options from your Yave account, and change them yourself.
How do refunds work?
Refund eligibility and processing depend on the applicable product, payment provider, and the terms shown at checkout. If you have not used it yet, you can request a refund yourself within 24 hours of paying.
What are reward points?
They are points earned through Yave Rewards. They can only be used for discounts on eligible Yave products, and cannot be purchased, transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash.
